Villa Location
The property is nestled in a little green valley and it feels very private. There is only one neighbour living closeby, the others are not in sight, since there is wood all around. The closest village is 2.5 miles away (walking to the village is not recommended since the street has no sidewalk). Here you can find two grocery stores, a post office, a bank and a gas station. The last bit of road leading to the property is unpaved, in traditional Chianti style, and well kept.
Local Area
Siena is only a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find supermarkets for your food shopping, all kind of stores as well as the world renown attractions of the city to discover! Be sure to visit the Duomo and climb up the Mangia Tower for one of the most spectacular views in Italy. In the summer, the neighborhoods of Siena compete in the famous Palio, a medieval horserace in the beautiful Piazza del Campo. If you are there during this time, you should try to witness this unique event.
