The penthouse has a nice entrance hall, a large split level living room, and a great master bedroom; a separate library room also functions as a second bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed and en suite bathroom. The bright kitchen and elegant dining room complete the picture. A cast iron spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where there are chaise lounges and a dining table and chairs.
