Corte Nova is a newly restored Venetian building in central Venice, within easy walking distance of San Marco Square. You can reach it by water taxi as it has its own “porta d’acqua“ (literally water doorway), allowing you to access the building directly from the canal.

All apartments have upscale amenities and Venetian touches, from Murrina lamps to paintings by contemporary local artists. All apartments have one full bathroom with shower; Panorama has and additional half bathroom. Canale, Panorama and Doge have eat-in kitchens, all the other apartments have well equipped kitchenettes with state of the art appliances in the living area. A laundry room with washers and dryers is on the first floor of the building, together with a common living area.

Each apartment has its own color scheme and individual features: Canale has a little balcony overlooking the canal, Terrazza has a Terrace, Panorama has a great view of S. Marco's bell tower and Venetian roofs, Doge has more elegant, formal furniture, Giardinetto has direct access to the garden.
