Villa Location
This property is located in the Valdambra area bordering Chianti, between Arrezzo, Florence and Siena. The villa is located on the edge of the small town and is accessed through a private remote control gate. The owner lives in a house adjacent to the villa with its own private entrance. You can walk to the center of Bucine, which offers cafes, shopping, restaurants, and some historical sites.

Local Area
In Bucine you can visit the castle, several ancient churches as well as a grand palace built between the end of the 6th Century and the Middle of the 7th Century. Another building of interest is the Pretorio Palace, today's city hall, where you can see some original frescoes. Bucine also has a theater and a cinema, where during the summer you can enjoy outdoor performances. Nearby is Montevarchi, the main town of the Arno Valley. Here you can find a large shopping area and factory outlets of Prada, Gucci, Armani and Dolce & Gabbana. Montevarchi also offers the interesting Museo Paleontologico, the Museo Tempietto Robbiano and the Modern Art Museum. Both Arezzo and Siena are within a short 45 minute drive.

Owner Recommended Restaurants
Antico Portale di Giusti, typical Tuscan cuisine and good pizza too!
