Villa Fabbricciano

Villa Fabbricciano was designed by an Italian architect in the early seventies and has interesting architectural features, like the solid wood staircase, the loft, a great open living area opening onto the garden, and a nicely shaped roof. The loft has a bedroom with en suite bathroom; the bedroom is not totally private, being above the living area (but cannot be seen from below). The garden is truly a paradise for relaxing among cypress trees, olive trees and other local vegetation. The pleasant 12 minute walk to town and the ideal location make this property a gem!
