Secondo: Roasted Lamb with Potatoes (Serves 6 people)
Ingredients:

6 thick lamb chops
6 medium potatoes
olive oil

1 clove garlic (chopped)
¼ teaspoon rosemary
salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Peel potatoes and cut into thick cubes
• Place potatoes and lamb chops in a large mixing bowl and coat with olive oil.
• Add garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and mix.
• Coat the bottom of a baking pan with olive oil.
• Place lamb chops and potatoes in baking pan.
• Bake for about 1 hour until both potatoes and lamb chops are golden at 375-400 degrees.

Serve hot.
