Villa Location
Villa Terrazza is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The entire hill is privately owned by the twenty or so estates. You access the area through a gate and then follow a winding road to the steep driveway. Once there, you are rewarded by the peacefulness, views, and comforts of the villa.

Local Area
If you are adventurous and enjoy hiking, you can walk to the village. But beware, the return trip is uphill! By car it is only a 10 minute ride. The closest coffee shop is at the bottom of the hill and other stores are nearby. Among the closest towns: Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi.

La Dogana, on the Sarzanese, Pietrasanta direction. The keyholder will be able to give you specific directions.

Day Trips
Lucca, 17 miles away, should be one of your first visits. Take a stroll on top of Lucca's famous Renaissance walls.
Go shopping at the Versilian Coast.
Climb the Leaning Tower for a spectacular view of Pisa (about 20 miles away).
Visit the Cinqueterre for hiking, seafood and pesto; enjoy an unforgettable sunset in the Golfo dei Poeti (about 45 miles).
Florence is about 62 miles away.
